100% South Australian Ham

At My Local Butcher we only use SA pork for our hams. We prepare them all in store from on the rail, boned or not, smoked and packed in our listeria free @sapathology tested facility. Legally allowed to vac ready to eat hams on site is one of our strengths and passions. It’s a tough gig to hold this license but we’re not scared.
